Our Isuzu box truck that we purchased used from RWC Group last year started having exhaust and DEF issues. After trying a couple local shops with no luck, we took it back to RWC and they diagnosed and repaired the problems in less than a week. Everything was easy-peasy and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. If we have issues again, we will not hesitate to bring it back to them.

Alex in service did a great job with communication to help us get our truck repaired and back on the road. We picked up this neglected truck from another one of branch locations and discovered many things wrong. Alex followed my list and sent the estimate to Element Fleet Services who then reviewed the needed repairs and sent the to our Director of Business Controls & Compliance for approval. Alex kept me informed of each step so I could follow up and make sure the ball didn't get dropped in between RWC and Platt Electric Supply, my employer. Over $6K in a long list of repairs done in a matter of days got us out of a rental and back into a Platt owned vehicle. Thank you Alex.

I had my 2013 International 7500 worked on here. From the very start Ray who works the service department had very good customer service and stayed in communication with me on a regular basis about what was going on with my rig. Another great thing that was a big selling point on even writing this review is he did not BS me and try to sell me something I did not need. The mechanics that worked on my rig (Hayden,Gary,Nick) paid great attention to detail about what needed to be done. Being retired military, this is huge for me because to produce a quality finished product, you need attention to detail and the knowledge of the task at hand. I dont write reviews very often but this team and these individuals mentioned above deserve to be recognized for their great work and getting me back on the road. I can not thank you enough. As the owner operator of my company being up and running in a timely manner is a must for my business to be a success. These guys made it happen.

We bought a 2021 Lonestar here. It was our first 'new' purchase. On our first visit of just looking, Lisa came out to helped us. I was impressed from the beginning. Her demeanor and professionalism are exceptional and a big part of our decision to buy here. The whole process, between Lisa, Jason and Justin, was beyond pleasant. All of or numerous calls and questions were met with 'I'm here to help you'. They are very thorough on explaining the whole process and answering questions. There were no surprises. James the Service manage was totally on the ball, called us repeatedly, kept us up to date. Part came in 3 days, coach was done in a week.
